LOCAL ORDERS

All orders over R1500 will be delivered to your door free of charge

  • Standard delivery:
    • Delivery to main centers within 4-5 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria).
    • Delivery to regional & outlying areas could take up to 5 – 7 working days.
    • FREE for orders over R1500 
    • R150 for orders less than R1500

  • Expedited delivery:
    • Delivery to main centers within 2 – 3 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria).
    • Delivery to regional & outlying areas could take up to 3 – 5 working days.
    • FREE for orders over R2000 or R150 for orders less than R2000.

Please Note:

  • We will only deliver to a physical address, not P.O. Box address.
  • Please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours as deliveries take place between 08h30 and 17h00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Every delivery must be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply to outlying areas, as well as the delivery of selected goods. If applicable, this will be highlighted during the checkout process.

You will be notified once your order is ready, and a tracking number from our preferred courier partner will be sent upon dispatch for tracking purposes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do ship internationally and delivery rates will be determined by the type and size of the order, as well as the delivery address. For all international orders, please contact us directly before placing and finalising the order. Please note that we take no responsibility for your parcel once handed over to the courier service.


TAXES, DUTIES, AND TARIFFS


For all international orders, the import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws are required to be paid in order for the parcel and items to clear customs.

RETURNS

To return your product, you should email us at info@asatsi.com with a clear image of the product and the reason for your return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
